The very long awaited Signal Morning will be in CD and digital September 8, 2009. Taking seven years to finish, Circulatory System is pretty much Olivia Tremor Control and a couple people from Neutral Milk Hotel. Amazingly, leader W. Cullen Hart put this together while battling Multiple Sclerosis. New cut "Overjoyed" is available now and is a stunning piece of subcultural bliss. Are we looking at the next Loveless?
